The future of cloud computing is bright, but it has a lot of hazards to negotiate before it will reach mainstream. The lack of awareness from the public is probably Cloud computings main detractor from what could be a great industry, because lots of people don't even have the internet connection speed to utilise such great features. There's is just not enough support for cloud computing at the moment. With I.T. being a rapidly changing industry and market, it's difficult to see whether or not the added inter connectivity that cloud computing provides will be a great addition, or if further research into the field is wasted on what is an unacheivable goal. This is unlikely with the increasing speed of internet connection, but there is no denying that cloud computing has a long way to go before it can be considered a one stop for all your computing needs.
